Grounds

Support and beta feedback

How can we help?

Grounds is made by Kaji Labs Corp. Send support or beta feedback to hi@kajilabs.ca.

Getting started

Grounds requires an Apple Watch paired with an iPhone. Complete your player setup in Grounds on Apple Watch, start and finish your tennis session there, then wait for the completed session to sync to your iPhone.

About stroke counts

Grounds provides estimated forehand and backhand counts for supported player profiles. Counts can miss strokes or include false positives. To avoid overstating rapid same-side drills, Grounds intentionally undercounts them. Do not use counts as exact tracking, coaching, or medical measurements.

If your player profile is not supported, Grounds still saves your workout without stroke counts.

Data and sharing

Grounds is local-first: no Kaji Labs account, backend, ads, analytics, or direct social-network upload. Health and optional location permissions support recording and private session maps. Share stories only through the iPhone share sheet, to destinations you choose.

To remove a session, press and hold it in Your Sessions. This removes it from Grounds, its map, and your Apple Watch after it reconnects. Gallery creations and Health workouts are separate: delete Gallery creations in Gallery and Health workouts in the Health app.

When you contact us

Please include your iPhone and Apple Watch models, iOS and watchOS versions, and a short description of what happened. Do not send Health or location information unless it is necessary for the support request.
